Inside the Cat.zip, we found an Android Backup File.
On Stack Overflow I found a quick way to extract an Android Backup File. Or you can use Android Backup Toolkit to extract the file.

Inside /shared/0/Pictures/ we found some pictures. The flag is at the bottom of IMAG0004.jpg.
